Below you will find several ongoing strategies that enable you leverage the power of biomonitoring and achieve a lifetime of better health.

One Small Step is a Giant Leap in Your Health Journey

Ready to tune into the rhythm of better health. A baseline assessment is the first step to establish a reference point that can guide your current health or performance evaluation before any interventions or significant life changes occur. By understanding your baseline, future tests can effectively measure the impact of changes such as new health choices, lifestyle modifications, or environmental factors. However, you’re not limited to a specific panel for overall health with your first test. You have the power to experiment in any way that might help you answer an overall or specific health question as well.

The Next Step Goes Beyond What You Ever Thought Was Possible

Now, let’s get creative. The next step is to make changes and accurately monitor progress over time. This comparative approach ensures that you are maintaining meaningful influences, and not just wasting your time. There are endless ways to configure future tests to determine if your lifestyle changes are contributing to better overall health in your family, such as;

  • Implement changes and determine if you’re going green.
    • Based on your initial results, you can focus specifically on the areas where improvements can benefit you or your family’s health the most. Pick a custom panel to track the impact of pre- and post-lifestyle changes of you or multiple family members at once.
  • Experiment with advanced interventions
    • If you’ve mastered the basics but haven’t improved, this is the perfect opportunity to explore more advanced interventions, such as a core diet or working with a qualified health professional.
  • Hack the health test – pick a 6-sample test and share your sample with your friends and family. Test 2 different people, or even 3!

How can I increase my sampling concentration?

In this case, it’s usually best to follow your first report, but only test the time points and biomarkers that you’re interested in improving. Usually you want to pick the same timing, but you don’t have to test on the same day. Even if it’s just 1 biomarker, for example, you could order a stress test, and only sample for cortisol using a morning sample over 4 different days, just to see how this balances out or averages over time.

How can I test multiple family members with one kit?

The sampling process can be non-person specific, so as long as you know who took the samples, you could track up to 6 people. Either keep track of it yourself, or notate this next to the sample ID# on the sampling form and it’ll be included with your results report.
